Delivery and transportation
Delivery of goods from by Meldgaard is considered to have taken place when the consumer has received the goods.
We use GLS and PostNord for our shipments, which means that you as a customer have the opportunity to track your package step by step via the tracking number sent to your email.

In the event that a shipment , due to lack of collection, incorrect address or similar complications in connection with the delivery, is returned, shipping price + handling fee DKK 78,00 will be deducted – which is what it actually costs us to send your package when we refund your purchase . The stated freight prices are indicative, and bymeldgaard.dk reserves the right to contact the customer, in the event that the actual freight cost exceeds the approved amount, to settle the difference from the indicative freight price to the actual cost in connection with shipping. A possible difference is settled.
Packaging and damaged shipping
Proper packaging All our shipments are sent securely wrapped in the correct shipping packaging so that your goods are not damaged during shipment.
Does your item have suffered damage during shipping?
Notification of damaged shipment must be made in writing to bymeldgaard.dk upon receiveing of the package or no later than 2 days after receipt of the package.
